This Nature House is accessed via a strada bianca, surrounded by chestnut trees. On the second floor there is a living room with sofa, dining area, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet and a bedroom for two people. For parties of more than two people it is possible to rent the first floor. This is accessed via a separate front door and offers sleeping accommodation for four people and a bathroom with shower and toilet. It is an authentic Tuscan house where you can stay basic but comfortable. There is also an annexe, which we call "the library" because of its enormous bookcase, where you can read, of course, but also play a game or have a drink.

In the Tuscan hills stands this nature house. All around you see greenery and experience peace and quiet. At various points you have beautiful views. Animals like wild boar, different species of butterflies, lizards and of course our own cats can be spotted here in the wild. In the immediate vicinity of the house you can go hiking, mountain biking and foraging in a huge chestnut forest.The nearest village is Palazzo del Pero, known for its porcini (porcini mushrooms), about 7 minutes away. There you will find a small bar, two restaurants with typical Tuscan dishes on the menu and a few grocery stores. We are about 12 km from Arezzo, known for the film La vita è bella, a tourist undiscovered pearl with a lot of history. Also nearby are places like Cortona, Anghiari, Sansepolcro and Florence and the famous Chianti wine region. Furthermore, there are several nature reserves in the area and the Apennines are just around the corner.
