Relax and recharge at this naturehouse — a villa with views of rolling hills and vineyards, a pool, and a garden with plenty of Italian charm. At the villa's well-kept garden and swimming pool (8x5m) — which is cleaned daily and open to all guests— comfortable garden furniture, and plenty of shady areas are places to relax with a sea breeze. All rooms have fans. On the ground floor are 2 independent apartments, each with a kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Each apartment has its own entrance and a private terrace. There are up to two extra beds for children (up to 10-years-old) to add to either apartment. On the second floor are four bedrooms, two with a bathroom with shower and two that share a bathroom with a separate shower. Guests staying here can use the large kitchen on the first floor. From this kitchen you can step out to a large terrace where you can enjoy your meals and wine.

From the villa you can reach the Adriatic Sea and the beach in less than 15 minutes by car, and Monti Sibilini — a beautiful park — in less than an hour. Le Marche is known for its beautiful beaches and mountains and is one of the lesser-known regions of Italy making it great for a quiet escape. You'll find excellent vineyards and plenty of opportunities foroutdoor activities here.
