The house is located on a very quiet road that leads in the mountains. It is the perfect place to relax. At the end of a big meadow is a small river under the plane trees. The house is not occupied by other people and there are no direct neighbors. The house is romantic, comfortable and classically furnished. A well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with piano, two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a bathroom with toilet and a bathtub. A small covered balcony on the backside. Ideal for 4 people but there is a sofa bed in the living room for a possible fifth guest. (There is a possibility of placing tents or caravan in the orchard in consultation).

It is just 15 kilometres away from the small tourist town of Kalampaka, with its unique Monasteries of Meteora, various museums, shops and restaurants. Within walking distance you will find a traditional tavern (To Perasma) where you can eat local Greek food. Further you have to deal with the sound of nightingales and the bells of sheep herd while you look out at the trees and mountains. If it gets too quiet for you then you can make nice day trips from here in all directions. The landscape is amazingly varied. Sometimes it reminds of Tuscany, a little further you think you are in the Alps. In all wind directions the landscape is beautiful. Horseback riding is possible in (Casa di Calo 8 km), hiking in fact everywhere but also in the tough mountains from Kastania (12 km) , Aspropotamo (30 km) or Pertouli (42 km). For a city-tour you can visit Trikala (40 km) with its beautiful renovated Haman, Mosque and old Fort.
