Lots of nature, rather little comfort: no running water, no central heating, electricity depending on the sun. Strandgård House, a single-storey summer house renovated in 2016/17. One small and one large bedroom with three to five beds. Large eat-in kitchen with dining table and sofa. Sitting area with fireplace directly in front of the house. Solar panel with 12 V lamps and a 230 V socket. Water from well in the garden. NO running water! Laundry room and sauna about 30 m away, shared with the neighboring house. Wood heating, portable gas heating if necessary. New gas stove. Gas and wood are provided. Bed linen available. Rowing boat available. Nets and fish trap available. From mid-September only for robust natures.

Lush forests and meadows alternate with barren rock formations on the approximately two-square-kilometer island. It is a labyrinth of tiny to larger islands. The fascinating landscape invites you to stroll, linger, fish, swim and observe; the facilities of the vacation homes invite you to play, cook, take a sauna and enjoy yourself. A connecting boat is only available on certain days of the week. The boat also brings groceries ordered from the central island. A local guide - who will be there the whole fall - will be happy to help and explain if questions arise (languages Finnish, German, English).
