This beautiful classic Spanish nature house (1887) with sea view is a lovely vacation home. A place to rest in the middle of nature, or go to the beach and the sea, just 15 minutes away. There you will also find the charming fishing village of l Ametlla del Mar. The nature house is modern/rustic and completely self-sufficient through solar energy and its own water tank. It stands on 2.5 acres of land and there are many hiking trails. The nature house has no wifi but good phone coverage. Pets are very welcome by arrangement. The area of the house is 250 m2, upon entering you will find a kitchen / living room with fireplace. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor you will find a spacious living room with terrace and sea view (see pictures). Inside it is cool, but outside on the covered terrace there is always a nice breeze. The thermo solar 200l hot water tank has just been installed and the outdoor shower is a success!

The nature house is located four kilometers from the village of El Perello, where especially during the Saturday morning market, the rustic village square is a pleasant place to be, with many people sitting on the terrace of one of the cafes. The village lives mainly from agriculture: olives, almonds, local wine and honey are for sale throughout the village. A 15-minute drive to the coast is L'Ametlla de Mar, a lively port town, which with its many restaurants, bars and stores is a pleasant tourist attraction during the summer months. In L'Ametlla itself you can take a nice swim in the sea from the village beach; if you want a little more peace and quiet, there are several beautiful coves and beaches outside the town. Other places in the area , such as Tarragona, with its Roman amphitheater and monuments, Miravet and its Crusader castle and pottery traditions, and also Tortosa, located on the banks of the Ebro, are well worth a visit.
