This lovely nature house with a beautiful private pool is completely free, with no neighbors, on a one-acre property. On this property is a super nice tree house, along runs a quiet babbling brook to the village of Grézels, and there is a private lockable driveway. In this vacation house there is room for six people, but also with two is a cozy house. A bed can be added for a seventh (child). There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and possibly an extra child's bed. The living room is equipped with a sitting area (including Dutch TV) and a dining area with open access to the well-equipped kitchen. Around the house you will find several covered or uncovered terraces. Next to the covered terrace by the pool is a fixed barbeque. Here you can enjoy your meal while the sun sets. Upon arrival, the beds are made.

Wherever you go or stand in the Quercy (Lot) , everything is nature you sniff. You are in a large natural area where viticulture plays an important role, we are in the middle of the Cahors wine with 200 winemakers. Nature starts at the front door here. In the stream along the property you will find an array of flora and fauna. Often deer and sometimes boars come across the property. From the front door you can make beautiful hiking and biking trips.
