A beautiful, detached ruralhut on the banks of the Braassem. You can (partly) use the large garden. With a possibility to moor a sloop. Two bicycles are available. Enjoy the freedom and the open view over the Braassemer lake. There is a jetty with swim ladder. A dive in the Braassem river is very refreshing! Fireplace with wood is available. Apart from the sound of the many water birds, it is quiet around here. On the ground floor there is the entrance with the living room with kitchen behind it. Bathroom is located on the right and is lockable. The ground floor is eight by four meters. The two bedrooms are accessible by a fairly steep staircase (see photos) and are both lockable with separate doors. Each bedroom has a window that can be opened for ventilation. The jetty is about 100 meters from the big house. Small dog allowed (€ 10 per day). Mooring is € 20 per day.

  There are many attractions within a short distance of the ruralhut. The bulb fields of the Keukenhof and the cities of Amsterdam, Haarlem and Leiden are less than 30 minutes by car. From the house you can enjoy the views over the lake and the nearby marina. The marina is empty and is not in use. The residents of the ruralhut can enjoy lots of silence and peace. The only neighbors are the many birds, ducks, swans and geese and the occasional lonely fisherman who tries to be lucky in a rowing boat.
