This authentic farmhouse nature house dates back to the 17th century and is listed. This family house has a lovely large garden with a covered gazebo and a large meadow which makes it enjoyable to be outside all day. But also inside there is more than enough space and with two fireplaces it is also cozy. There is a stock of games, both indoor and outdoor, and there is even a real Jeu de Boule court. Moreover, you can walk straight into the woods or cycle away into the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, so there is more than enough to do.On the ground floor is a large living kitchen with a franklin wood stove and a kitchen full of appliances (a magimix, blender, Jura coffee maker, sandwich grill, good pans and knives) where kitchen princes/princesses can indulge themselves. In the sitting room there is a closet full of games and a very well-stocked bookcase. Plop down on one of the couches with a book and enjoy in front of the fireplace. The original part has been transformed into a large living area with a table and a cozy sitting area. There are a total of eight beds (all with single comforters). On the ground floor is the master bedroom with adjacent bathroom, on the second floor are two bedrooms and on the landing are two more beds. On the second floor is also the second bathroom and a separate toilet.

The nature house stands on one of the largest estates in the Netherlands and is therefore surrounded by woods and meadows. Amersfoort with its charming old town and nice stores and restaurants is within cycling distance and the village of Leusden has all the amenities a person could wish for. For the very hot days is the Henschotermeer very near, where you can swim all day.
