The nature house is located in the "golden triangle" of the Perigord-noir, between the medieval town of Sarlat,the famous cave of Lascaux and the archaeological center Les eyzies. The Dordogne is crossed by the rivers Dordogne and Vezere. The cottage overlooks the valley of the Vezere, the place where the Cro-Magnon had their home 15,000 years ago.
