This is a true family nature house for families. There is something for everyone: beautiful nature for hiking, biking, kayaking, boating, water fun, ruins of the Romans, special whimsical rock formations, butterflies and wild orchids in season. In addition to nature, beautiful parks and typical villages, in and around Treignes there are also four fun museums for young and old, such as the Train Museum with steam train and the Prehistoric Museum. The house stands on a footpath and the view suggests that you are in the middle of nowhere, but one kilometer away you already have a cafe / restaurant, store, pharmacy and river.

There is a walking map, cycling map and you will find a lot of tourist information. 800 meters from the nature house is the tourist office (in the Ecomuseum). If the hiking map is lost, a new one may be purchased at the landlords' expense. In good summer weather, the Viroin is the place to be for picnics and water fun. The river is clear, shallow and, according to children, the coolest pool ever! You can also kayak there in full nature if the water level is right. Fifteen minutes away is a large indoor leisure center: hot pool with diving pit, hot tub and slides, bowling, wellness, inexpensive restaurants, larger stores, horse park and carting.
