This large appartment (700 square feet) is situated in the front of a 80 years old, 115 feet long farmhouse (tanya), from Swabian origin, located on a 65000 square feet plot at the beginning of the village of Nagyszékely. The appartment was the front room of this self sufficient family-house and was totally refurbished into a modern comfortable ruralhut with modern kitchen (induction), dishwasher, fridge, dining bar and a small but luxuous bathroom. On the first floor you'll find a light and spacious bedroom with double bed. To accomodate three, maximum four children, the house owners provide the adjoining bedroom for a small additional price. This bedroom has a cot, a double bed, and a single bed. Included is the use of the private swimming pond. In the garden a barbecue and dining table. WiFi is available in the house, no television!

A wide variety of flora and fauna is to be found all over hungary. Next to bird's paradise Hortobágy and lake Tisza in the northeast you can find Rétimajor in the neighbourhood of this vineyardcottage; a waterarea with a high diversity of flora en fauna. But walking out the door of your vineyardcottage you'll find a colony of bee eaters, a variety of woodpeckers, all kinds of (predator) birds, lots of butterflies and insects, but also game and badgers.
