This nature house is a three-person cottage on a small-scale vacation park. The nature house has a cozy living room with dining and sitting area and adjacent kitchen with four-burner gas stove, refrigerator and mini-oven. The large bedroom has two single beds, which together form one unit, and a folding bed. Through the bedroom you enter the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Outside you have access to a dining area with barbecue and two garden chairs. On the small-scale vacation park there are five other nature houses.

The nature house is a five-minute walk from the medieval village of Varaignes with a bakery, grocery store, auberge and tourist office. The cottage is located in the 'Parc naturel regional Périgord-Limousin' and there are several walking and cycling routes. Here you can enjoy authentic villages, picturesque views, the many hills and valleys, beautiful starry skies, and so on. Cities worth seeing nearby are Perigueux and Angoulême with stores and many restaurants. Piégut-Pluviers with its weekly market, Brantôme (the Venice of the Dordogne), Bourdeilles with two castles, Saint Jean de Cole and Saint Estephe, with its large lake and sandy beach, are definitely worth a visit.
