This nature house offers an ideal base to discover the most beautiful places of the Perigord Noir. You enter into the American kitchen with cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped including a refrigerator/freezer, toaster, oven, juicer, coffee maker, traditional Godin stove and an adjacent dining table. From the kitchen you enter the spacious living room with two sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player, a dining table and a desk with internet access. In the bookcase are several board games. The kitchen also provides access to the bedroom and the bathroom with Italian shower, sink and washing machine. Opposite the bathroom is a separate toilet.In the bedroom there is a double bed and a large closet where you can store clothes.Together with nature house 28080, this house is located on five acres of land. The nature house is quietly located, has a swimming pool and a beautiful view over the green valley. One and a half kilometers away is the village of Rouffignac St. Cernin which includes a bakery, supermarket and restaurants. Every Sunday morning there is a market in this village where you can buy local products. In July and August, there is a farmers' market on Wednesday evenings, where there is often tasting and live music.
