This nature house is located on a small-scale vacation park in Doldersum, in the middle of the forest. Doldersum is a small esdorp and lies in the National Park Drents-Friese Wold. A large contiguous nature reserve, consisting of forest, heathland and drifting sand. You will fully enjoy the unprecedented peace and quiet in this area. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen. From the room you have beautiful views through the large windows, where you can enjoy the many birds and squirrels. The bungalow has two bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Spacious bathroom with shower and toilet and another spacious storage room. Outside there is a shed for any bicycles you may have brought with you.

Doldersum is located in the National Park Drents-Friese Wold. This special area lies on the border of Southwest Drenthe and Southeast Friesland. It is a large contiguous nature reserve. The large area consists of forest, heathland and shifting sands. Throughout the park there is an extensive system of paved bicycle paths. The Forestry Commission has created separate routes for mountain bikers. For hiking enthusiasts, the choice of various trails is also enormous. Nearby are three outdoor swimming pools: in Dwingeloo, Havelte and Vledder. The pools have heated water, water slides, springboards and play equipment. The pools are completely sheltered in a wooded area. A short distance away are two swimming lakes: the Canada Lake, also called Aekingerzand, and the Blue Lake. With three watchtowers in the area (Aekingerzand, Doldersummerveld and Bosberg) you can completely overlook this beautiful area from above. Want to leave Doldersum for a day? There is plenty to do in the area, such as a visit to the Drents Museum Assen, Remembrance Camp Westerbork, Zoo Emmen, Amusement Park Drouwenerzand or Prison Museum Veenhuizen.
