The house is ideally located and you can walk straight from the garden to the lake. The lake is suitable for swimming. The bottom of the lake slopes very gradually, making it suitable for kids as well. There's a barbecue in the garden and a fireplace in the living room. This holiday home is perfect for families with children. This region is characterised by forests and lakes, in the direct vicinity these include lake Spolkový and lake Spodní Petráků. The surroundings of the house are very peaceful. The city of Jindřichův Hradec offers a large number of interesting sights, including a fortress and a castle on the banks of lake Vajgar. Not too far from the house you can also find the famous Červená Lhota castle, which appeared in several films and filmed fairytales.
