Completely remote, between the town of Kragerø and Drangedal, is this nature house by the small lake, Hyttetjenn. There is no electricity and no water supply. The cabin can be reached to within 100 meters by car via a dirt road. Behind the cabin is the small lake, Hyttetjenn. It is the only hut on the small lake. You have unspoiled nature all to yourself. The nature house is furnished with the most necessary things, such as dishes and cutlery, a pan and some simple furniture. Mattresses have been purchased and a small solar panel has been installed on the roof that is good for 12 volts to charge a phone. The water in the lake is clean, though never tested for drinking water quality. The toilet is outside in a shed behind the house: a so-called utedo (outdoor toilet without a drain). There is little or no Internet coverage, but there is cell phone coverage.

The cabin was once built by hunters. There is plenty of wildlife here, including elk, deer, beaver and deer. In summer it is full of blueberries around the cabin. You can park about 100 meters in front of the cabin; it is a cul-de-sac. A little further up the mountain begins a large nature reserve.In the lake there are trout and bass, fishing is allowed. There are lots of hiking possibilities.In Kragerø or Drangedal there are good shopping possibilities.In Kragerø there is a small shopping center, tourist information and a hospital.
