This ruralhut lies on a private property of 2,5 hectare. On this property, there is a little farm right outside the village of Nocchi. The house is beautifully located on a hill and is surrounded by an old olive orchard and pine trees with a view over the mountains and valley. The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with new electrics and a new bathroom. This cottage is ideal for nature lovers, who are looking for tranquillity and do not mind silence and limited luxury. All facilities are on free basis; the clear water comes from the water source and the electricity is sourced through the use of solar panels, which are connected to batteries to guarantee constant availability of electricity. There is also an aboveground swimming pool (5 meters in diameters) that can be set up with little effort. An old source on the property itself ensures the supply of cool and fresh water into the swimming pool. In the house itself, four persons can be accommodated and it is equipped with showering-and cooking facilities. At your arrival, the owner will hand over the keys himself and will clarify any technical matters. Simple things but necessary for a relaxed holiday! The hill (approx. 200m) to reach the house is an unpaved, seriously steep forest path and only manageable with a 4x4 car. There is a 4x4 Suzuki Samurai to be used on the property itself to drive up with the renters and groceries.

There are several restaurants, supermarkets and cafés in the immediate surrounding. In the village of Nocchio itself, there are some restaurants and a delicious pizzeria, where you can get fresh bread and small groceries. The latter is located at approx. 750 meter distance from the ruralhut. The road to it is wonderful for walking. There are many beaches in the surrounding area such as Lido di Camaiore (12 kilometers), Viareggio (16kilometers) and Pietrasanta (14kilometers). The stunning marble quarries of Carrara are at about 20 kilometers distance. Furthermore, you can discover many cities such as Camaiore (5 kilometers), Lucca (30 kilometers), Pisa (45 kilometers), Cinque Terre (90 kilometers) and Florence (100 kilometers). This great location is ideal for people who want to enjoy the nature and atmosphere of Tuscany. The owners are happy to share this unique place and are happy to help with tips concerning domestic or touristic matters. It is a fantastic place for children, dogs and everyone that really likes to be in the nature with the sea at 15 minure distance on the one side and the mountains and its rough nature on the other side.
