This picturesque cottage with an 18th-century dovecote is set at the end of a road, surrounded by 5000 m² of private land. The cottage has an eat-in kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and three bedrooms. There’s a cozy sitting area and wood burning stove in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge and freezer, combi microwave, oven, and coffee machine. In the basement, you will find a storage room, a bedroom and a toilet. You will also find the washing machine and tumble dryer here. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and the third bedroom is in the dovecote. There’s a lovely swimming pool in the large garden, where you can cool off during the hot summer days. The Dutch speaking neighbor manages the garden and the swimming pool.

The cottage is located south of the Dordogne. As soon as you step outside of the cottage you can enjoy beautiful walks and cycling tours through the unspoilt nature. During the summer, you can rent a boat and sail the Lot river. There’s many picturesque markets that you can visit in the area.
