Uniquely located in a monumental carré, the farmhouse is divided into two apartments. The apartment is centrally located between Aachen and Maastricht. There are several nature areas located just steps away from the Ardennes and the Eifel. The area is ideal for cyclists, hikers or just for those who want to enjoy the rest. Fruit can be picked in the owner's fruit pasture, there is something new every season. You rent the full accommodation. The apartments are also rented separately. You can find the first apartment under house code 18575 for four persons or 18576 for six persons. The other apartment can be found using the following house code: for 10 persons (house code 14129), eight persons (18571), six persons (18572), four persons (18573) or two persons (18574).

The farm is located in the Gulp Valley between Slenaken and Gulpen. Surrounded by pastures with suckler cows and sheep and standard fruit trees. The Vijlener forest is located at only six kilometers away.
